We have considerable mineral deposits in our water here in Virginia. My main bath toilet was not flushing properly (water flush would come right up to the top of the rim) because of all the accumulated lime deposits. It had never been cleaned for lime in all the years I had lived in the house (since the 70's). I went on the internet and found this product. I drained the bowl and poured in enought of this (straight with no mixing) so the complete bottom of the bowl was covered and left stand overnight. I flushed the next morning and some of the lime had been dissolved. I next did the same application the next night with CLR. It got a little better. Did the Lime-A-Way for two more nights. Guess whet it dissolved completely all the lime. And for the first time I can see the porcelain in the bottom of the bowl. Now the toilet flushes perfectly. The plumber said that... There was a stain in the toilet when I moved into my new apartment. I used two different toilet cleaners, but none of them worked. I though I would just have to live with the stain, that is, until I tried Lime-A-Way.
