The angles really don't work very well (although they do stay in place beautitfully) and there are some nylon cylindrical projections in between the brush wires that are unexpected. Update: The customer service of Soontex (the distributor of this product here) is, however, out of this world. They contacted me after having read my review and went way above and beyond any call of duty to make this customer feel appreciated and grateful. Hat's off! You push a button and adjust at the same time to several different positions. Good for back and other hard to reach places. Would be helpful for those with diminished arm, shoulder and hand strength.
